All Cecilia Heart Events in Story of Seasons: A Wonderful Life
It’s important to note that in order to access a Heart Event, you will need to have completed all previous ones.
For instance, to access the 8-star event, you must complete the 2-star, 4-star, and 6-star events.
Based on that, here are all of Cecilia’s Heart Events:

Keep in mind that during the last event, if you decide to accept Cecilia’s love, you won’t be able to date another character ever. Thus, only start dating Cecilia if you’re planning to marry her.
With 8 or more hearts of affection, you can propose to Cecilia by giving her the Blue Feather (given automatically at the start of Summer). This way, she will become your fiance. The marriage will happen at the start of Chapter 2.
